Hello,
I was working with an account and set up a charity form. They have since opened their account at JOTFORM.
I am being billed and would like for them to take over in their account. Is this easily done? Thank you.

Hi John,
What is the username of the account? If that's a paid account, and you want to change its username, only the support team can do it for you. The rest can be changed in the account settings like changing the primary email address.
To change the primary email address, they need to go to the account - profile section: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/profile.
As for the billing, you need to tell them to update the payment method through the billing section; https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing.
