Can I have different pre-fills for the same form?

Is there a way to have different pre-fills for the same form. To be more detailed, can I have different pre-fills for the same person on the same form?

If you're using prepopulate URL: https://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-Fields-to-Your-JotForm-via-URL-Parameters

Then yes, you will have to create multiple URLs and share to the person the appropriate one.

Hey Lucy - If you'll continue with the suggestion provided by Nik, then the URLs will differ based on the URL parameters you will use to pre-fill the form. For example:

https://form.jotform.com/53533976064967?fullName[prefix]=Dr.&fullName[first]=John&fullName[middle]=Doe&fullName[last]=Smith&fullName[suffix]=M.D.

https://form.jotform.com/53533976064967?fullName[prefix]=Dr.&fullName[first]=Jane&fullName[middle]=Doe&fullName[last]=Smith&fullName[suffix]=Ph.D.

Notice that these are identical forms, but the prepopulated values differ, along with the URLs.

Hi,
I have a follow up question.
We pre-filled a form, got a unique link, then pre-filled the same form again (and received another unique link), and the first pre-fill is overriding the second, even though each pre-fill gave us a unique link?
We pre-filled this form twice for the same "submitter" name, but our choices on the pre-fills are different. So essentially, it's 2 unique pre-fills for the same user on the same form, with 2 unique links, but the first pre-fill is overriding the second.
Let me know how to resolve this issue!
