like when i click on new form then click on sample form then click on RSVP then next
and add everything i want
it saves it that says Party form and i would like to change it to meeting form or some thing better

Thank you for being a big JotForm fan! We appreciate your feedback.
To change the title of a form, simply click on the title itself ("Party RSVP" in this case) and type your preferred form title. You can do the same for the "RSVP, Please let us know if you will be able to make it" heading located in the form itself.
Hope you find this useful. Thank you once again and let us know if you need further assistance.

thanks for the quick response
How do i fix the calendar so it does not change ?
i inserted it into my site and saved it . it changed the date and time and redid it again
but when i go to my site to do a test on it it changes the date and time
how do i stop that from doing it
i just want me to be able to change the date and time for our meetings

I believe you're referring to the Date Time field. This field is actually not used for displaying a fixed date and time information (i.e., schedule of a meeting). This field is used if you want to ask your visitors date and time values in your form.
In order to show a fixed date and time, you can use the Free Text HTML field instead. This option is located within the Power Tools just above Date Time.
Hope this tip will be helpful. Thank you for using JotForm!

Unfortunately, this feature is currently not available in JotForm. There are some options you could look into, but they do need quite some coding to achieve. However, we will include this in our request list and try to incorporate it in the future. We are continuously developing new ways to improve our products everyday and we do appreciate and welcome any feedback.
Again, thank you for using JotForm!
