Intergration with Box

    Being a novice, I need some hand holding. I thought I integrated my form with my box account last week. I can't see anything on my Box back end. What am I missing and how can I fix it?

    I checked the last form you edited and it has no submission received. First, please try to do a test submission to your form manually. Also, make sure that you upload a file.

    After that, if the issue still persists, please re-integrate your form to the Box by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/349-How-to-Integrate-JotForm-with-Box
