How do I access a photo link in an application?

I"ve asked for vendors to upload photos into their application and some of them have only been links. how do I access those? When I click on the link in the submission section of the jotform website, it just reloads.

I checked your submissions page and some of the uploaded files are not image type. Unfortunately, their uploads are what you can only get. So if they upload another file, it will not automatically be converted as a photo.

I suggest using the basic Upload File element to filter the file types that they can upload.

By the way, the drag and upload widget you are using also have a file extension. You can add file extension and only allow image files.
