Box integration is not "firing" consistently

    I use a form with a Box.com integration for storage. I cannot afford "miss-fire" from the Box.com integration attached to this form. The last 3 submission to this form have not shown up in the integrated Box account. Any idea why its happening?

    We're sorry for the inconvenience.

    I cloned and tested the form several times but each time information went through to Box.

    Could you please share the Submission IDs that failed so we can try to replicate the problem?

    I checked the integration and found this message:

    Missing parameter. "code" is required
