This form had a video in background i cant seem to find that template page can yu direct to the pae with al the video' as the bachground?

Did you mean to say that the video background is missing from your form? You can add video background only in Card forms. Please change the layout to card form (single question per page) and in the Form Designer go to the Videos tab.
