How do you include the option to receive the PDF version of the submission in the form itself? Or is it automatic once you toggle the option on?

Once you enable the 'PDF Attachment' option, a submission PDF will be automatically generated and attached to the associated email notification or autoresponder.
The submission PDF template can be also styled:
