    Hi there,

We use jotform. We are quite happy with it, but lately we found out that the form is not always visible on our website.

It seems as if pop-up blockers are also blocking the form.
I asked a client. This client was not able te see the form on her work-laptop + wifi.
But when she checks the form on her phone + 4g, the form is visible.

Is there a solution for this problem?

    Thanks for helping me out,

In order to find which software is blocking the form, I would recommend you to perform some tests:

    - Try using incognito mode so the user can see if this is related to the adds-on installed on his browser.

    - If the problem persists, try temporary disabling the security software/antivirus, this will help us to know if they are blocking our site and will allow us to ask them to lift this block.

    - You may also try with your firewall settings or using a different internet connection, it's possible that the JotForm site is blocked on the network you're connected to.

Let us know how it goes.

    Thanks Kevin for yours aswer.

Unfortunantely I am not able to perform these tests. On my own computer I don't have these problems. So we need our clients for this.

We can't ask this client again. She already tested on her phone which was nice ofcourse.
People book a holiday with us, so we don't want to bother them with our web-problems ;-(

Have you heard of this problem before with Jotform?

For us this now at least the 10th time we here that the form was not visible.
So we are thinking about using an other form. But we prefer not to (lot of work to rebuild and Jotform works good when visible).

I understand; however, unfortunately, this issue seems to be most related to something on the end user, I mean, something specific may be blocking the form.

So far, I have tested the form and it worked on my end without issues, now, in order to replicate the issue we would need to know what may have been blocking the form, we have received similar reports before where the issue was related to an specific software and we needed to request a review for this to the software's support in order to lift this.

Is there something in common with the users who have replicated the issue?

For example, were they in the same network?

OK, thankss for your anser. Ik think we will now add an extra phrase like: If you don't see the form please check on your phone via 4g.
