We apologize for the inconvenience. Could you confirm which option of the mobile app you are using to fill and submit the form? Is it through the Fill Out Form option or the Open in Kiosk Mode?
I have tested the mobile app in an Android device, and it works. Please share a screenshot of the error that you are receiving:
