Appointment slot widget - accepting entries even when full

    Hi

    I'm using an appointment widget to manage some activity club bookings - it's working well, however...

    ...I have one parent who has managed to put through multiple entries for the same club even though it's full. I'm not quite sure why they are doing it and I can sort it out behind the scenes, but I wondered why they are able to do it as I would have thought the fact it was showing as full would have stopped them.

    Are you able to throw any light on this for me please?

    Hello Iain,

    I think user could load the form in multiple browser tabs, what allowed to select the last slot several times. Please note that form is updating number of slots available only if to reload the web page. Our apologies for the inconvenience caused.
