I am still unable to access my account. We have had this issue with Jotform before, it is the same username and credentials that are written down, cached, and stored on the server. We can NOT have this continue to happen as we need to access information ASAP. Please advise.

I checked your email address and I found the account richandrews93. Your account is active. You can log in with the username or email address.
You can reset the password if you forgot it.
If your issue is related to some other account, please provide us the account username, email address of a link of any form you created on that account.
