For some reason one of the columns in our integrated JotForm spreadsheet is continuously importing the information for that column in HTML. Is there a way to make it stop doing this? It is making the spreadsheet cumbersome and annoying b/c then I have to go back and delete the HTML to find the info we need. Thanks. (It is the "Eco Fashion Show Seat Options" section on the form that is mainly doing this.)

I have this thread forwarded to our Level 2 Support/Developers for further checking.
Please try using or creating Grid Listing Report: Grid Listing instead. This will have you the same output as Spreadsheet but the results are not editable.

The problem with HTML codes appearing on Google Spreadsheet has been fixed. Furthermore, we have separated payment data into three columns, namely 'Products', 'Payer Info', and 'Payer Address'.
Kindly check it out and let us know your thoughts.
