Unable to submit the Form with error "There are incomplete fields in your submission"

    I keep getting this error and the field does not exist. I am not sure why this is happening please fix. Thank you!

    There are incomplete fields in your submission: Customer Name / Project is required Please go back and fix the problem(s)

    Have you cloned the Form using another Form in your account?

    Your current Form is not having the field Customer Name / Project.

    Could you please clone this Form in your account and try out if the issue persists?
