Hello. I think my email may have gotten placed on the bounce list. email@example.com. I set it up but I don't think I had it configured right. Also when I set up the email alerts and change the email recipient address to firstname.lastname@example.org, the test email sends to email@example.com (our other business) Can this be changed to send to both email addresses. Your email address is not listed into our bounce list. Haven't you received form submissions into your email address? What form from your account do this happen? Let us know so we can check.
I would also suggest you to check this guide: How to setup email alerts to prevent "emails not being received" issues, this will help you understand why email alerts are not being delivered to your email address.
With regards to "Test Email" button, this feature will only send notification to your primary email address that is associated with your account. If you want to check if the recipient of a certain form will receive the notifications, test the form using its direct URL.
