You may remove the Jotfrom branding on your forms after upgrading your account by toggling it off in the account settings. Here's how it's done:
1. Login to Jotform
2. Click your Profile Picture then go to Settings
3. Scroll down to the bottom until you find "Jotform Branding" check box, then toggle it off.
