Locked out

    I tried logging out and back into Jotform because my client told me they submitted a form and the form wasn’t appearing. 

    It now appears I’m locked out. I’ve used the “Forgot password” feature twice without any luck logging back in. I’m now getting a message which says my account has been auto suspended. Please help me regain access to the account.
