INFO@TITANSCAPITALPARTNERS.COM WAS WHAT WE SET UP TO RECEIVE OUR APPLICATIONS BUT HAVENT SEEN THEM??
You currenctly don't have an Email Notifications on this form: http://www.jotform.us/form/22894751084158, please create one by following this guide: Setting Up Email Notifications. Please be sure to enter the correct email address on the Recipient E-Mail Box;
For this forms:
You have the notifications but the setup was incorrect, you should seperate them using comma and space. Please check this guide on how to Send Email Notifications to Multiple Recipients: Send Form Emails to Multiple Recipients. And again, please be sure to enter the correct email address.
By the way, the forms was not set to send alerts to: INFO@TITANSCAPITALPARTNERS.COM. You have them set to this email addresses;
