I would like to share my account with a co-worker. How do I add that person to be able to create forms?
Thank you

You can need a Sub-user account that can create, edit, and check submissions on your account. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User
If your account is not grandfathered because of JotForm changes, you might need to apply for Enterprise Level. For more information, please visit this link: https://www.jotform.com/enterprise/
I hope this information helps.

Thanks for the quick reply. How do I find out if my account is grandfathered?

If you had been using the sub-user feature before October 2018, you're grandfathered. As of checking your account, you do not have sub-users.
You need to apply for the Enterprise Level so you can add sub-users to your account. For more information and if you have questions, please visit this link: https://www.jotform.com/enterprise/pricing/
I hope this information helps.
