Hello - I have installed the mobile app and it looks very good...one of the best potential features is the offline ability...my forms are not working - see screenshot...can you fix please

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I was not able to reproduce the issue described in your screenshot on my Android device (Version 9 — Pie). Can you tell us what device were you using when you encountered the issue, please? You can also try logging out and then logging in your account to the JotForm Mobile Forms app first before testing it again.
The issue might just be temporary. Please try it again on your end and let us know if you are still having the same issue.
