Embedded form no thank you page

    I've embedded the form into our Wordpress webpage and tried it.  No thank you came up (selected to have a thank you page) nor has it come through our email.


    Help!

    I have checked your web page but I can't seem to find any JotForm Forms.

    To clarify, does your form redirect the user to the JotForm form?

    Can you please try embedding your form using the Iframe code?

    That is strange. When I go to the webpage this is what I see:

    I have checked your webpage again and I am able to view the form.

    Can you please try to use the Iframe embed code and let us know if the issue still remains?

    Thanks for the suggestion, but it didn't work. Only the script comes up in
    the page. The version I've entered is the one for Wordpress.com, which is
    where we do most of our adjustments.

    Please try using the iframe embed code again and ensure that you've pasted the code within the Text tab in your WP page/post editor. This should work.

    You can also inform us here after that so we can test your embedded form.
