The Dropbox integration in my form is not uploading all files in some cases

    Tengo una integración de Dropbox con un formulario, en algunos casos no funciona bien. Esto es en el formulario solicito varios archivos, en el correo de registro si llegan bien todos los archivos, pero en Dropbox no están todos los archivos.

    Hello Walter,

    Our apologies for the problem.

    We do not have a known issue with Dropbox today, and in the past weeks, so I think that was just an isolated case. How often this happened in the form? Like, 3 out of 10 submissions are not uploading all files to Dropbox? 

    If the problem happened too often, I would also suggest re-integrating Dropbox with your form to refresh the authentication and create a new folder. You can have the same folder name. They should sync or get merge when new submissions arrive.

    I would also like to confirm that you have not made any changes on your Dropbox account prior to this problem. Like, anything related to your account security that may have triggered the upload to stop or fail in some cases.
