How can I offer people the option to pay by check and Paypal and have the option to save and edit later

    Can I talk to someone on the phone.

    I have various questions about what I can do.

    1.)  I want to know if I can create a form with a submit button and not pay.  I want them, if they wish, to be able to print and mail in their application in the mail with the check, but be able to submit their application immediately then print the application and mail in with check.

    2.) I then also want a  pay now submit button, which I currently have.  I would also like them to be able to print the application as it has the rules and regulations after they click submit, in case they forgot to print, before hitting submit.

    3.)  I want them also to be able to save the application and come back later in case they discover that they do not have all of the necessary information that we request in the application.  


    Our instructions to our audience are very confusing and I want to make it easier to apply.

    Regarding your questions; we offer options such as configuring regular field along with the payment field and show each based on the preferred payment method by the submitter. However, your form is set up with Quantity on one item, and Tax rate which is the CC fee, so that will complicate the problem, but should be possible if you want to try.

    If this is too complex for you, I would suggest creating two forms. One with the payment integration, I see you are using Paypal, and another with Purchase Order field. This is still a payment field but without an actual payment being involved.

    Next, offer two links on your website. So, if they want to pay by check, have them click the check payment form, and just do the same for the Paypal payment. 

    Lastly, if you want to offer them to save and continue later - not to submit the form. We have the autofill:

    If you want them to submit, and be able to edit the submission later, give them the edit link through the autoresponder email:

    Note that once the form is submitted, the product items cannot be edited on the edit link.
