How to get name value from full name field?

Hi

sorry simple question this.

I have a name field using the default setup

So it prompts for a first name and the last name.

In the email, I send to the responder I want to say "Hi First Name", but when I drag the fields into the email is just gives me Name ... not first name or last name. How do I get this sub field to the Name field to insert in the outbound email to the responder?

Please try using this format {name:first}

And that should extract only first name from your field.
