Create form and merge data into fillable pdf

Hi,

i have a very long fillable pdf and i want to create a form same as pdf fields and save all information and then show all data into my pdf fields.

i try to upload pdf but loader continuously running and no action is performed so can you please help me in this. if you have such kind of feature that will be good for me.

OK, we do have the feature to create a PDF fillable form, but it's different from the PDF report which is the output document that will contain the responses. 

If you want to import your PDF fillable form, then you may do it following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/548-How-Can-I-Import-My-Own-PDF-to-JotForm 

Once you have imported the PDF form you may design your report, unfortunately, it's not possible to import an external document as PDF document report, you would need to design the document on our builder, here is a guide that will help you doing so: https://www.jotform.com/help/384-How-to-Customize-PDF-Submissions-Report
