How to print out a hard copy of the form for review

I wanted to know how the person who is making the form can print a hard copy of it so they can review it etc

I understand that you would like to be able to print out a hard copy of your form for your own reference. You can add a Print Form button to your form for this purpose - you can remove it later if you don't want your respondents to have that option, like so:
