Can't log in to my account

    Hi there,

    I have an account with you, with the above email address, (username hannahferg)

    I can't for the life of me remember my password, but when I click for reset instructions no email arrives. (have checked smam etc, and added jotform to contacts etc. but still no luck!)

    Any suggestions?

    I did check your account and did not find any issue with that. I also checked our email logs and it seems password reset instructions were sent successfully. I am not sure why you have not received it.

    I have gone ahead and manually forwarded the password reset instructions email to your email address. Please check your email inbox and see if you have received it or now.
