Unable to view My form page to edit my forms

see screenshot.  this is what i get when i click X on the first advert. i don't want adverts i want my forms. please let me know when someone can fix this. I need to edit forms today and we have the Bronze account.

Hello Trish,

I checked this from my own test account. When you click on the JotForm logo, on the top left corner of the page, it will take you to the My Form page.

Please check and let us know if you are still unable to view your My Forms page.
