Re: The "Parent Questionnaire" JotForm:
Under "Emails" in "Settings", under "Notification 1" which is the email we receive once a customer uploads the JotForm, all of the Questions from our JotForm are showing as "Type a Question". See Screenshot. So, when we receive an auto email of this JotForm instead of the form question, is just says... "type a question". The answers show but not the Questions. On the "autoresponder1" form that our Customers receive via email, all of the Questions are showing fine. So, we went in and copied and pasted everything from the "autoresponder1" form into the "Notification1", hit "save" and it's not saving???? When we're in the "email content" of the "Notification1" form and click on "Form Fields", we can see all of the Questions but, in the actual window, is just says "Type a Question" all the way down. How do we fix this?????
Funny thing, when we receive the completed JotForm to our email, we CAN see all of the Questions as well on the PDF attachment only.

It looks like that notification did not update correctly. Please try deleting it, and then create it again:
https://www.jotform.com/help/132-How-to-Delete-Notifications-Autoresponder
https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-up-Email-Notifications
All form fields should be properly updated in the new email notification, so they should not show as "Type a Question".
