User sub account question

    Hello,

    do users with sub accounts have access to the features available in the gold plan, as the main user?

    If you are referring to the ability to add multiple email recipients in an email notification, the option to remove the JotForm Branding on the form and the like, or have the same account limits (monthly submissions, payment submissions, etc), I'm afraid that sub-user accounts does not acquire the said features and limits that the main (Gold) account has.

    Hi there,
    I am unable to post a question under the forum for some reason, it goes through but doesn’t appear on the page or I get this message: Slow down; you move too fast.. Can you please help with that issue and also the below? For now I changed the reply address to the noreply@jotform.com email address and that temporarily fixed the issue.

    Hi there,
    the email notifications/autoresponders stopped coming through as of this morning. Can you please look into this?
    We have a deadline for one of our submissions tomorrow and it's really really important that we get the notifications as soon as the applications come in so your prompt answer would be super appreciated!
