I've recently upgraded my account and I've been getting emails from clients who said they submitted their forms, tried multiple times and there is no record of them on my end and they said they got the confirmation email. I just updated my form to make it clear to wait for the thank you page in order to ensure it was submitted, but I was wondering if there was anything else I could do to ensure I'm receiving all submissions?

Hello there!
I have checked the records of your Color Match Request form. According to our records, we sent a notification email to "thecontouredchemist@gmail.com" for each submission. For example your test submission.
The notification email. The submissions page. You can be sure about you are receiving submissions correctly. Also, you can check your email logs from the history page. -
