After my account was downgraded, and we had used the max number of secure submissions, my form disappeared off our website. I have now embeded the regular form (not secure), and it is still disappeared. How do I fix this so it appears again? This is URGENT. Thank you!

I have reset your SSL submission to 8 for now to remove the overlimit status which is causing your form to be disabled and not shown on your website. If you check again now, the form is now available again.
Try not to use the secure url of the form to avoid the SSL submissions. In case you require more than 10 allowed SSL submissions for each month, you may need to up your subscription the the paid plans which will allow you more submissions and types.
