I am having trouble with a portion of my client intake form

Everything seems to be working ok, accept for the parts where I ask a specific question for them to type out. The response is pushed to the right and types out very narrow. I’m not sure the best way to fix this. I have attached a photo to show you what it looks like.

The theme that you are currently using is not really that kind of a responsive. It's created by a third party theme creator, so I suggest changing that to maybe the default or other themes in the designer.

We can fix this but that would likely take time considering the codes in the theme.
