Remove all branding

    I thought that with a paid subscription all Jotform branding would be remove but that isn't the case. I do have a paid subscription but when a form is submitted, the person submitting the form sees this (below) in the autoresponder email. I don't see an option to remove that. Can you tell me how?

    All emails by default are sent from our mail server so you would see as part of the mail headers. The same applies if you're only using the verified sender email option.

    If you don't want emails to be sent from our server, you can use your sending server to send the emails by configuring an SMTP in your account so you can use it on your email notifications and autoresponders.

    You can also use the default non-branded sender email
