I assigned a person through the new Mobile Forms App but the login does not work

    Im having trouble assigning a form using the new mobile app. The person I assigned gets the email but the user name and password does not let the assignee log in on their device using the app. please help.

    Hello Rich,

    Our apologies for the troubles and inconvenience.

    The app will provide the password if the assignee is not yet registered to Jotform. If the email address is already registered as a user in Jotform, that person would need to enter their Jotform password to get into the app. 

    Can you share the email address of the assignee? We would need to check that. 

    Have you also tried removing the Assignee and adding it back? Please do that to refresh the token. That might help.
