How can I talk to a real customer support person? My clients can't submit their forms to me anymore.

Unfortunately we do not provide support over phone. Is there any error message displayed when the form is submitted?
I did check your form and found that in the date picker field you have set the default date as "2019-06-24" but you have also set the limit "Start & End Date" as "2018-09-13" and "2019-05-31". Please check the screenshot below:
You have also date limit to not be in past and that is causing this issue. I would suggest you to please change the "Start & End Date" limit in date picker field and that will solve your problem.
