Mobile Forms: Ability to change the splashscreen for the forms loading

We're looking to use the new kiosk option and move our systems over. We have completed the form design but are running into an issue where the loading screen is a guy on a bike which we don't prefer. Is there any way to remove the character and add a general loading bar or a custom bar?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the loading screen at the moment for the forms on mobile app. I am forwarding it as a feature request to our backend team for evaluation. Unfortunately, we cannot provide any ETA at this moment. However, if there is any news you'll be updated here on this thread.

It depends on how many requests we receive for the same function/feature. Once we have any information in this regard, you'll be posted here.

We would like to apologize for fo the inconvenience. However, the ticket priority is not hight at the moment, so it might not be implemented in the nearest time. I do not see similar requests from other users, but we will keep collecting and analyzing the feedback.

At this time the 'JotForm Branding' refers to the JotForm banners and links in the online form.

We will let you know if we have any updates on the escalated request.
