hi, i have been trying to create a payment form with payUmoney integration in test mode. i have provided the valid test key and salt yet i am getting the error message "Sorry, Some Problem Occurred." when i tried the exact same keys on my woocommerce website the payment was successful which makes me think that there might be some problem in your payUmoney integration.

    please help ASAP!

I have checked your form and able to replicate the issue. The issue seems to be with the keys that you are using in the Sandbox mode. It looks like that you are using the live keys in the sandbox mode. The keys appear to be working when the Sandbox is disabled.

Please try disabling the Sandbox mode on the form and see how it goes. Let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to assist.

I cloned and tested your PayU credentials, and I was able to replicate this issue.

However, since there isn't any error on our side or in console report, could you please check with PayU support if everything is ok with your account? And if an account is enabled for paying?

As far as I know, the most probable reason for this error is entering the incorrect Merchant Key and Merchant Salt. You can also read this article: https://givewp.com/documentation/add-ons/payumoney/

Since you mentioned that the credentials are correct and there is console error from our side - could you please check with the PayU support team once as mentioned by my colleague?

Also, please make sure that you are not using the default key and salt that they supplied, you will need to set up the account completely and it should be verified.
