How can I create a more user friendly multiple-photo upload form?

Your current photo upload mechanisms are quite clunky on both android and iOS, so much to the point I am considering changing to an alternative form platform for our business.

Also, your forms are not syncing to Trello like I expected upon signing up.

We have a basic file upload field and several upload widgets.

How to Create File Upload Forms

With which upload field to you have an issue? Can you please provide us more details about the issue and a link of a form?

I moved your other question to a separate thread - https://www.jotform.com/answers/1863784

Your standard form. Both Android and Apple users are complaining that it takes a significant time for the webpage to load and accept the files to upload.

I see you have multiple widgets. Which ones are most user friendly to upload 10-12 photos at a time?

The traditional File upload element here should not take much time to upload multiple files as compared to the File upload widgets.

May we know the Form URL where you are experiencing the slowness?

Have you embedded the Form on any website? If yes, please share the website URL?

    Thanks.

Landscape Daily Report is the slow form. Works well on computer. Quite slow and user unfriendly on android.

    No embedded forms.

I wasn't able to replicate any problem when testing on the phone. I checked your form, and it doesn't have a lot of fields or complicated logic, so it should work just fine on any device.

What is the device you're testing your form on?
