Hello there, thanks for posting your concerns here.
Upon checking with your forms, one of the 2 email addresses is in our bounce list with this message:
firstname.lastname@example.org is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : 5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) 554-'imta13.westchester.pa.mail.=

From the message in our bouncelist system, it seems that Comcast is blocking our IP address. As long as our IP address is blocked, our system can not pass notifications on the email stated. Please have Comcast unblock as or remove our IPs from their blacklist. We have already removed your email from our bounce list. The only thing left is for them to unblock us.
