Unable to publish new form

    I think you are referring to the "Chef Nicole Gwynn Park High School Culinary Order Form", right? I checked your form and was able to Publish the form.

    Also, I would request you to move the Submit button to the end of the form.

    Could you explain what issue you are facing while trying to publish forms?
