How come I cannot get this account to downgrade?

    How come I cannot get this account to downgrade?  I thought this was resolved last month.  This is now four months of effort.

    If this account cannot be downgraded permanently, please close the account.

    I would request you to please cancel your PayPal subscription also when you downgrade your Bronze monthly plan on JotForm. Please note that the plans auto renew every month and if the PayPal subscription is also not cancelled, your plan gets auto renewed at PayPal end.
