Connecting form data

Does Jotform have the capability of pulling data from one form and insert it into another form automatically upon submission so that the user does not have to enter data twice?

We have clients fill out a pre-evaluation form that our providers use to transfer information to their evaluation reports. We would like for some of the information the clients enter into the pre-evaluation form to transfer over to certain sections of the provider's evaluation report.

Yes, it is possible with JotForm! Your client can fill out the pre-evaluation form, submit it and be redirected (or be sent a link) to the provider's evaluation report and already have the previously entered information pre-populated on the form.
