I am unable to upload my private key.

I misplaced my private key and wanted to know is there anyway possible to get the original one disable and get a new one.  I need help asap.

Please note that we do not store private key file. If you have lost the key file, there is nothing much we can do. I would suggest you to first disable encryption in form to ensure that new submission your receive is not encrypted.

You can then enable encryption in your form again and download the key file. Please note that this new key file will not decrypt any of the submissions you have already received.
