Unfortunately, PayPal may support the PayPal Pro product for merchants from specific countries only. I see that you have switched your form to the PayU integration. Please let us know if you still need any assistance on this.

I am sorry, now I see that you are getting the error related to the PayU integration.
Please kindly make sure that your PayU integration credentials are correct:
Please also make sure that you have added the IPN URL in PayU. And if you make any changes click on the green button to save them.

Can you please try to disable the Sandbox mode in your Gateway Settings?
Please give it a try and let us know if the issue still remains.
