Why is it that email addresses end up in your bounce list

An email account that gets a copy of every submission for the form noted below, suddenly ended up on the bounce list, and key staff were not able to receive the edit submission link they needed to finish the form with the customer on site.

This is very inconvenient, especially given that when it happens, we don't know until after important submissions show up missing. At the very least, is there no way for you guys to send an email notification letting us know that an email on our account has been moved to the bounce list? leaving it up to us to find out once it has caused problems too far past to rectify, is very last century. And why do i need to type in the email address into the bounce check box. Why not just show me which emails are on the bounce list, so i don't have to check them one by one.

We do apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

Unfortunately, there is not option to show emails that are added in the bounce list automatically.

For more information on how to prevent this from happening again in the future, please see the following guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues

    Hope this information helps.
