Hello,
Are multiple users able to access the same account to view messages within the dashboard at the same time?

To clarify, are you log-in using the same account?
You may login to the same account using different web browsers or in a different computer and view the myform dashboard.
Please give it a try and let us know if you have further questions.

Is it possible to have 2 people using the same dashboard with a silver plan and reply to the email addresses?

To clarify, do you want to give access to two different team members to your silver account so that they can reply to emails in the dashboard?
Yes, they may use the same account on different browsers at the same time.

aonvbesReplied on August 19, 2019 at 11:55 AMRichie. We are having issues with emails not being received while users are saying they filled out our form. Please see attached. Nicole Hartigan emailed us and she received the Auoresponder. When we look within the system, Nicole is nowhere to be found within the submissions or the inbox. Please assist.
