How do I change the page title of the Form?

A few times a year I create new Jot Form applications by cloning old ones.  I change the name of the new form to the current year, in this case, "2020 French Quarter Festival Musician Application."  For some reason the tab at the top of the Web page reads "Clone of 2018 French Quarter Festival Musician Application." 

How can I change that?
