I need the completed forms to be sent to an additional email, how do I add this?

    Hello! When a patient finishes filling out their form, their completed form comes to my email address. I need the completed form(s) to go to an additional email address as well. How can I get the completed forms to be sent to both email addresses?

    You are able to add additional email addresses to your Notifications that go out after a form is submitted. Please view the guide below to help with setting up multiple recipients on Notifications.
