    Is it possible to connect to a mySql database for dynamic options for a dropdown list?

    That would be possible only if you download full source code of the form: https://www.jotform.com/help/104-How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form

    And create such a solution on your own so you can then upload that code to your own domain.

    Since currently, we don't have such an option.
